Please find attached my first observation of Venus in the new 2023-24 western elongation. The seeing was very poor and all that could be seen was the phase and the terminator shading. Also: Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete Terminator: Geometrically Regular Cusp Caps/Collars: Not seen due to the phase[Paul G. Abel:Leicester:United Kingdom]
