解説(安達)
 ヘラス(Hellas;290W,-50)の北部は、黄色っぽく明るく観測された。リビ
ヤ(Libya;275W,+5)付近の夕霧は今日もはっきりと見えている。シルチス
(Syrtis major;290W,+10)がターミネーターにかかる頃には見えなくなる。
明け方のリムは朝霧がはっきり出ている。ソリス(Solis Lacus;90W,-25)付
近は目立った変化は見られない。(reported by 8 observers)

The northern part of Hellas (290W,-50) was brightly observed like
yellow. The evening mist in the vicinity of Libya (275W,+5) is clearly
seen today. It disappears when Syrtis major (290W,+10) hangs to
terminater. Limb at the dawn clearly sees the morning mist. As for
the vicinity of Solis Lacus (90W,-25), a remarkable change is not
seen. (reported by 8 observers)

Dr. P. Clay Sherrod (410mm SC : ToUcam PRO)
Seeing very poor here with rapidly cooling nights, as much as a 50 degree temperature drop after nightfall.
I was not going to post these images, but the persistence and what appears to be a fairly uniform expansion of the northern polar haze, very bluish, is very pronounced in longitudes 230-270.

Brett Turner (254mm Newton ToUcam Pro)
Seeing has been terrible for the last few months over Perth due to the very strong jetstream. Hoping it will move soon.

Here are some belated Mars images from October 2nd (as i was away for the Annular Eclipse.) Seeing was very poor this session, but it was interesting to note the increase in cloud activity across Tharsis. The Arsia Mons cloud looks more extensive and doubled again, with clouds extending across Echus Lacus toward Tithonius Lacus. This was not present the last time i image this region in late August, and i also suspect an increase in clouds as Christophe mentioned.
The Tharsis volcanoes can be seen again, though rather washed out due to the seeing.
14" (35cm) Celestron SCT @ f/39.5.
Lumenera LU075M CCD camera.
Seeing very poor (Pickering 1-3) jetstream.
Transparency excellent (6.0mag.)
Wind gusty N (5-15mph.) Light dew.
